them well in advance of planning any changes.

providers require adequate advance notice of your changes . For instance,
adding telephone circuits can take up to 10 working days for the telephone
providers to activate.
Use
of freight elevators in many office buildings can be at a premium. Book
it early and save frustration and costly wait time charged by service providers.
